Have any questions?

What device platforms is Argyle available for?

Argyle is available as an AR app on Hololens 2, Magic Leap 2, and Apple devices.

What about .dwg? .pdf? Revizto?

Argyle currently supports rendering 3d objects. So 3D Revit components and any solid 3D models through our Navisworks plugin, including 3D AutoCAD. We don’t currently support linework or points. If that’s something you need, we’d love to hear about it.

How does content get into Argyle? What model types?

You will send content through Revit and Navisworks. We know you update your models a lot, so we want you to have as much model control as possible. Our Revit Addin is seamless for Revit native files. Our Navisworks add-in is our youngest and is in beta. We find it works with most models but is a bit slow. It gets a little better every month.

How do I align (calibrate, set-up, position, situate….) ?

When it comes to models on site, Argyle uses the term “alignment” for ensuring the model is in the correct location.

Three-Step alignment to site for spontaneous alignment OR pre-planned marker alignment.

1 Rotation
2 Location
3 Anchor align

Spontaneous alignment means being able to show up on site without knowing exactly what you’re looking at.
